If you created an account on AI CRYPTO INVESTING .TECH or in our iOS app, you can request that we delete it. Apple requires a way to delete accounts for apps that offer registration. This page explains how.
Email hello@aicryptoinvesting.tech with the subject line Delete my account from the same email address you used to register.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@aicryptoinvesting.tech.
- Use the registered email address.
- Write “Delete my account” in the subject or body.
- We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.
If you no longer have access to that inbox, tell us in the message and we will ask a reasonable verification question first.
What we delete
- Your email, username, and password hash
- Profile and account records stored in our database
- AI chat history tied to your account, if any
What we may keep
We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was received and completed (for example, the date and the email used for the request) if needed for security or legal compliance. Server logs that are not tied to a login may expire on their normal schedule.
App Store purchases
Deleting your account with us does not cancel Apple subscriptions or in-app purchases. Manage those in your Apple ID settings or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
