These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to AI CRYPTO INVESTING .TECH, including the website https://aicryptoinvesting.tech and any iOS app we publish (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms also serve as our custom End User License Agreement (EULA) for the iOS app, in addition to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. The Service
The Service provides cryptocurrency market information, charts, news aggregation, and AI-generated estimates about possible market direction. It is an information and education tool. It is not a broker, exchange, wallet, bank, or investment adviser.
2. Not financial advice
- Nothing on the Service is investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.
- AI forecasts, scores, and chat answers are automated estimates. They can be wrong.
- Cryptocurrency is volatile. You can lose some or all of any money you choose to invest elsewhere.
- You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Do your own research. Consider speaking with a licensed adviser.
We do not execute trades, custody assets, or hold your private keys.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. The Service is not offered to persons in jurisdictions where such information services are prohibited.
4. Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. To delete an account, follow Account Deletion or email hello@aicryptoinvesting.tech.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or violate another person’s rights
- Attempt to hack, scrape in an abusive way, overload, or reverse engineer the Service
- Upload malware or attempt to extract other users’ data
- Use the Service to publish investment advice to others as if it came from a licensed professional
- Misrepresent AI output as a guarantee of profit
6. Intellectual property
The Service design, trademarks, and original content belong to us or our licensors. News articles shown in Crypto News remain the property of their original publishers; we display headlines and excerpts with links to the source. You may not copy the Service for a competing product.
7. iOS app and Apple
If you download our app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application EULA also applies. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Support is provided by us, not by Apple. In-app purchases, if any are added later, will be billed by Apple under Apple’s terms and are non-refundable except as required by Apple or by law.
8. Third-party content
Prices, charts, and news may come from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that this data is complete, current, or error-free. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that forecasts will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of crypto assets, trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any forecast, news item, or AI response. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
11. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Service, including AI models and data sources. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. We may update these Terms; the date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
