This Privacy Policy explains how AI CRYPTO INVESTING .TECH (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, related services, and any iOS application published under this brand (together, the “Service”).
This policy is written for Apple App Store requirements and for users of our website and app. It is publicly available at https://aicryptoinvesting.tech/privacy-policy without requiring an account.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the Service:
- Account data. If you register: email address, username, and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.
- Support and contact data. Name, email, and message content if you write to us or use a contact form.
- AI chat content. Questions and messages you send to the AI assistant, used only to generate a reply.
- Technical data. IP address, browser or app type, device type, date/time, and pages or screens requested. This appears in ordinary server logs.
- Cookies and similar technology. Session or authentication cookies so you can stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
We do not ask for your government ID, payment card number, contacts, photos, precise location, Health data, or financial account credentials.
3. Information we do not sell
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
4. How we use information
- Provide forecasts, charts, news, and AI answers you request
- Create and maintain your account, if you register
- Respond to support, legal, and App Store review requests
- Keep the Service secure and debug technical issues
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use
Market prices, charts, and news articles come from public market and media sources. That market data is not your personal data.
5. AI processing
When you use the AI chat or forecast features, your prompt may be processed by our on-server language model to produce a reply. We use this content to generate the response you asked for. We do not use your chat content to train public third-party models. Forecasts and AI output are estimates, not personalized investment advice.
6. Third parties
We may use infrastructure and data providers that process limited technical or account data on our behalf:
- Hosting and database on our servers
- Public market-data APIs for prices and charts
- Public news feeds displayed in Crypto News
- Apple, if you download our iOS app from the App Store (Apple’s privacy rules then also apply)
These providers receive only what is required to perform their function. They are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
7. Apple App Store and iOS
If you use our iOS app:
- A link to this Privacy Policy is provided in App Store Connect and inside the app
- We do not track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising
- We do not use your data for third-party advertising
- Any permission we request (for example notifications) is optional and explained in the system prompt
Apple may collect its own data when you download or purchase through the App Store, under Apple’s privacy policy.
8. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or aggregated. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with it unless we must keep a limited record to comply with law (for example, to show that a deletion request was completed).
9. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Do not send passwords or private keys to the AI chat or to support email.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact hello@aicryptoinvesting.tech and we will delete it.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To do that:

We will respond within 30 days. You can also stop using the Service and clear cookies in your browser.
12. International users
The Service is hosted on our servers and may process data outside your country. By using the Service you understand that your information may be transferred to the country where our servers operate.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes will be posted on this page.
